Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique email address, which is used to generate login credentials and is needed for check-in at the conference.

Your registration fee for a full conference pass entitles you to the following:

Yes, you can purchase a one-day pass for use on Tuesday, May 21, for $945. The pass provides access to activities taking place that day, such as the technology Opening Keynote, as well as to the Solutions Expo and Synergy Park.

Yes, you can purchase a Solutions Expo pass for use on Tuesday, May 21, for $395. The pass provides access to the Solutions Expo, including lunch served in the Expo area, as well as the Welcome Reception.  

Yes, a guest pass is available for $250. The pass allows your guest to participate in the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 21, and the Final Night Party on Thursday, May 23. However, a guest pass does not provide access to conference sessions and conference meals, which are limited to registered attendees holding a full conference or one-day pass. Guest passes are nonrefundable and are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

No, there is no registration deadline. You can even register on-site if you prefer to wait until the conference starts. However, registrations received early may qualify for discounts. Visit Pricing for conference pass pricing information and special offers.

You have the option to pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or by wire transfer. Just select your payment option when prompted in the registration process and you will be billed accordingly. A payment receipt will be available for access in your My Synergy Account tool.

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of your registration. If you have not received this email within 12 hours, please alert Synergy Headquarters.

Synergy alumni are entitled to special benefits including a discounted conference rate. Please note that you must have attended any Synergy event in 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 to qualify for alumni status.

Citrix reserves the right to deny registration to any individual, attending group or entity for any reason, at the company’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet Citrix code of conduct (including, but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct).  

A few countries require a visa for entry into the United States. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local U.S. consulate for requirements. Typically, this information can be found on consulate websites.

Participant attendance cancellations on or before April 19, 2019, are eligible for a 100 percent refund. Starting April 20, 2019, conference fees are nonrefundable, and there are no exceptions, unless Citrix cancels the event. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mailing Synergy Headquarters at Replacement attendees from within your company may be substituted at any time by providing Synergy Headquarters with written notice via email of the names of both original and replacement registrants. In the event of a force majeure circumstance, Citrix reserves the right to reschedule the event. Should Citrix cancel the event, at any time for any reason, Citrix shall provide you with notice and issue you a refund for your conference attendance fees. These rules provide your exclusive remedy relative to cancellations/substitutions/rescheduling.

Synergy Headquarters has arranged a special discounted rate at Omni Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency Atlanta and The Westin Peachtree Plaza. When you register online for Synergy, you will have an opportunity to request your hotel reservation, specify check-in and checkout dates and provide your credit card information. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card. Note that conference hotel rooms are based on availability.  

Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at all group hotels.

Standard hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.  

To take advantage of special discounted room rates, you must be registered for the conference and book your hotel through the registration site.  

No, transportation is not provided. Please check Travel for information on different options, including rideshare and taxis.

At the conference

Please pick up your badge at the Synergy Registration Desk during open registration hours. The desk will be located at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), Building C, Level 1, Hall C Foyer. For security purposes, be prepared to show government-issued photo identification to pick up your badge.  

Yes, please wear your conference badge to all functions, sessions and meetings so you can be readily identified as an attendee of Synergy. Conference badges are a key part of the precautions being taken to ensure a safe and secure working environment at Synergy. Should you lose your badge, there is a $50 replacement fee.

Breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided on each full day of the Synergy conference. Attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 21, and the Final Night Party on Thursday, May 23, where heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served. Please note that the catering kitchen and catering staff of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) and Levy Restaurants openly handle several allergens throughout the conference which include, but are not limited to, dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, and wheat. While they take precautions to keep ingredients separate, they cannot guarantee that the menu items offered are allergen or gluten free. All catered food and beverage will be properly labeled prior to service. If you are concerned with any of the offered menu items, please request to speak with a banquet captain prior to enjoying your meal.

This exclusive event featuring entertainment, music, food and beverages will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) on Thursday, May 23.  

The attire for the entire Synergy conference is business casual (slacks, polo shirts, etc.). Please keep in mind the convention center and hotels are fully air-conditioned and may be cool at times. A light jacket or sweater for indoor wear is recommended.

The official language of the conference is English and all general sessions will be presented in English. Translation services will not be provided.  

Wi-Fi and charging stations will be available throughout the meeting rooms and common areas of the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). Information on how to access wireless connectivity will be provided on-site and through the Synergy mobile app.

Yes, the presentations will be posted and available free from your My Synergy Account tool approximately two weeks after Synergy concludes.
