Code of Conduct
In order to ensure that Citrix conferences provide a respectful and productive environment for everyone, please review and adhere to the following code of conduct. This code will be enforced throughout the conference as well as in event-related online activities.
Participants, including Exhibitors, may not use Citrix conferences to leverage or promote other events in which they are a sponsor or participant, and agree that they will not, during the period from two days before until two days after a conference, conduct, promote, endorse or sponsor any functions, classes, seminars, exhibits, or similar marketing activities similar to those at the conference within 50 miles of the conference. Participants will ensure that their participation in the event is consistent with the Citrix purpose of the conference and in alignment with the Citrix go to market strategy. Participants shall not promote, endorse, market or sell, directly or indirectly, any products, services, solutions or other technologies at the conference or at the conference venue that in Citrix’ sole discretion compete with the products, services, solutions or technologies recommended by Citrix.
Citrix is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, national origin, age, religion or any other characteristic protected by law.
Harassment may include written or verbal comments based on legally protected categories, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. If a participant engages in behavior that may be deemed harassing, the conference organizers may take appropriate action, including a warning to the offender or expelling the offender from the conference without refund. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. We also reserve the right to terminate your online access and delete content, without notice, found to be in violation of this code of conduct. We value your attendance. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.
Presentations should be professional and respectful to all participants. Harassing language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.
Exhibitors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other inappropriate material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
Citrix supports appropriate behavior by all participants at our events. Please help us create an environment that is welcoming and respectful to all participants, so that everyone may focus on the conference itself and the great networking and community that develop from shared experience.
Citrix reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or remove any participant for any violation or suspected violation of this code of conduct.
