Synergy Mobile App

Use the Synergy Mobile app to personalize your conference experience, make connections, schedule meetings, capture valuable content, and more. Navigate the Opening Keynote and Super Sessions, explore hands-on labs, demo solutions in the Citrix Experience Center, and share your experience, all from the palm of your hand.

Here are a few tips for using this app:

  • Personalize Your Schedule: add sessions, speakers, and sponsors to your conference agenda by clicking the box to the left of each entry, then review your selections by going to My Agenda & Favorites from the app’s main menu.
  • View Suggested Content: if at any time you’re not sure which program to attend, simply tap on the Recommended Sessions icon for a list of sessions tailored to your unique attendee profile. Or, select the Citrix Experience Center tile for a special day-by-day itinerary created for IT admins, networking professionals, executives, or those charged with moving to the cloud.
  • Explore the conference site: use the app’s 3D maps feature to navigate the Georgia World Congress Center and to view detailed guides of the Solutions Expo and Citrix Experience Center.
  • Make Instant Connections: connect with other attendees by linking your LinkedIn account, viewing other event-goers’ profiles, networking through the in-app chat feature, and making plans to meet—before, during and after the event!
  • Keep Notes in One Place: take notes during a session, record information from an exhibitor, and/or capture ideas from fellow attendees, then annotate and highlight the most important points for quick reference.
  • Give Your Feedback: complete surveys about each session you attend by navigating to the Feedback icon.
  • Get Push Notifications: stay informed both before and during the conference by receiving event announcements directly on your phone via the app’s notification center.
  • Play GameOn!: compete for prizes and bragging rights in the Synergy game, GameOn! Earn game badges and points by scanning your conference badge at sessions and by using your iOS or Android devices to scan QR codes at event functions. Plus, keep an eye on the competition: check leaderboards from the GameOn! home screen. Read more about GameOn!, including specifics on prizes, how to earn badges and points, and more.

To get the app:

  1. Download the Citrix Events app from your app store:

  2. Select the Citrix Synergy 2019 event
  3. Enter your email and My Synergy Account confirmation number (the email address and confirmation number from your Synergy registration confirmation email)
  4. If you don’t know your confirmation number, visit the My Synergy Account page and click the Confirmation Number link. Then, enter your email to have the confirmation number sent to you.
  5. Get ready for your best Synergy yet!
