Estrel Hotel and Convention Centre
Synergy Berlin will be held at the Estrel Hotel and Convention Center, one of Europe’s largest convention, entertainment and hotel complex, with 1,125 rooms and suites, five restaurants, two bars, a beer garden and the daily live "Stars in Concert" show. The 15,000 square metre convention center, which is fully air-conditioned, provides space for every type and size of event. The facility is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sonnenallee S-Bahn (city rail) station.
Synergy has negotiated special room rates for attendees at the Estrel Hotel and two other nearby hotels: andel’s Hotel Berlin and Radisson Blu.

Transportation
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation between the airport and the hotel.
Taxis
Berlin’s Environmental Taxi Service was officially launched a couple of years ago to reduce the environmental impact of city traffic. The natural gas taxis and hybrid taxis operate throughout Berlin. Regular taxis can be taken from the airport to the Estrel Convention Centre and Hotel.
Regular airport taxi fares:
- Estimated fare from Tegal Airport to Estrel is €35 and takes approximately 25 minutes
- Estimated fare from Schönefeld Airport to Estrel is €25 and takes approximately 20 minutes
Transport to/from downtown Berlin:
Estimated taxi fare from the Estrel to downtown Berlin is €25 and takes approximately 30 minutes depending on the time of day
Estrel Convention Centre and Hotel has a train station opposite it called Sonnenallee (on the Circle Line) which is a convenient and more environmentally friendly to get to downtown Berlin
- From the andels Hotel take Circle Line train number S 41 at Landsberger Allee Station to Sonnenallee Station at the Estrel
- From the Radisson Hotel take the subway line U8 at Alexanderplatz Station, direction Hermannstrasse. Stop at Hermannstrasse and take the Circle Line train number S 42 to Sonnenallee Station at the Estrel
- From the Park Inn Hotel take the subway line U8 at Alexanderplatz Station, direction Hermannstrasse. Stop at Hermannstrasse and take the Circle Line train number S 42 to Sonnenallee Station at the Estrel
- All trains run every 5-10 minutes approximately
- Single ticket is €2.10 and daily ticket (covering all routes/areas) is €6.50 approximately
