Citrix Synergy 2009 is quickly approaching and we are hard at work gearing up for this technology mega-conference. To help keep our diverse communities better informed and in-touch throughout the conference, we will be utilizing a number of social channels to make the event as interactive as possible, while giving you as many helpful tidbits as possible.
Below are the different ways you can connect with us before, during, and after Synergy. If you have any suggestions or think we’re missing anything, please drop us a line in the comments.
Fellow Twitterati can follow us @Citrix_Synergy and if you want to contribute to or follow the Synergy-related tweets, be sure to use the tag #citrixsynergy. We will be posting announcements around all the events and timing at Synergy, letting you know when everything will be starting up. We will also provide tips and suggestions from on-site about some especially cool stuff that will be going on.
Join us over at the Citrix Synergy group to upload photos you took from the event or tag your photos with Cytrix Synergy. We are going to do a special giveaway for those who upload photos from the event. Upload your photos by Tuesday May 12th (to give everyone some time to dig into their memory cards) and we will randomly draw 10 usernames to receive a free iTunes $10 gift card! Winners will be contacted through Flickr.
The Citrix Synergy fan page has been up & running for a while now, so head on over to become a Fan and get regular updates on Synergy. We are still trying to find a way to publish Twitter updates to the Facebook ‘Fan’ page so that non-Twitterers can get the same updates. For now, I’d suggest Facebook-only users to just keep an eye on our Twitter feed through Synergy for the best content.
