Citrix Technical Workshops (HOT) are your opportunity to participate in intensive, condensed, hands-on courses that will prepare you to navigate through the features and capabilities of Citrix’s portfolio of products. Various technical levels are available and each course will be guided by a Citrix product expert in a small classroom setting.

 

The workshops will be held on Thursday, May 22, 3:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. and all day Friday, May 23, with a morning session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and an afternoon session from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided.

5 Things You Need to Know Before Registering for Citrix Technical Workshops:

1. You must be registered for Citrix Synergy to be eligible to register for Citrix Technical Workshops. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and seats may sell out before the deadline, so we strongly advise you register as soon as possible. If you cancel your participation in the general conference you will be automatically cancelled from the workshops program.
   
2. You have two program registration options: the Full Program ($895), which allows you to complete a maximum of 3 workshops, or a la carte ($395 per class for a maximum of 2 workshops) if you don’t have time to commit to the full program.
   
3. Class scheduling is online only. It is mandatory that you select your workshops in order to buy into the program. Once you have bought in, if you want to upgrade, downgrade or change your workshop class outside your purchased timeslot you will need to call – no emails - your Customer Service Representative at the Synergy Registration Desk: North America – 866-832-2079 (9:00am-5:30pm ET), International – 763-212-6773 (9:00am-5:30pm ET). To confirm which classes you have reserved seats in, just print out your confirmed schedule in your Workshops registration account.
   
4. Deadline for program registration and class scheduling is Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. CT. With scheduling available until the day before the program kicks off, there will be more opportunities for attendees to join the workshops program. After the May 21 deadline, no new registrations, rescheduling of classes, or substituting a co-worker in your place will be allowed—no exceptions.
   
5. No program refunds after Friday, May 9, at 6:00 p.m. CT. If you cancel after this date, any workshops you selected will be placed back in the general pool for other attendees to purchase and any refunds will be forfeit—no exceptions.

Special Notice: No Late Admittance. Attendees who arrive 15 minutes after class start time will not be admitted into the workshop. Please arrive early or on time to ensure admittance and take advantage of the training time and lab participation. Late arrivals may disrupt the course flow and will miss important workshop content.

 

Cost
The cost for the Citrix Technical Workshops Full Program Package is $895 per person (fee covers participation in a maximum of 3 workshops), and a la carte $395 per class (limit 2 workshops per person).
