Mark Templeton

Citrix Systems, Inc.
Mark Templeton has played a key role in leading Citrix to its current position as an industry leader whose products touch more than 215,000 enterprise customers worldwide, including all of the Fortune 100 and 99 percent of the Fortune Global 500, as well as 100 million corporate desktops and 75 percent of all Internet users each day. He has led the evolution of Citrix from a company with a single product, customer segment and go-to-market path to a global powerhouse with multiple products, business models, customer segments and go-to-market channels. In the process, Citrix revenues have grown from $527 million in 2002 to $1.6 billion in 2008 .
Mr. Templeton joined Citrix as vice president of marketing in 1995; he has served as president of the company since January 1998 and as CEO since June 2001. He holds a BA in product design from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Frank Gens
Senior Vice President and Chief Analyst
IDC
Frank Gens guides IDC's research into broad IT industry trends, particularly the strategic adoption of technology by Global 2000 businesses and the industries in which they compete. He is well-known for his provocative and accurate forecasts of IT industry change. Mr. Gens produces IDC eXchange, IDC’s blog and podcast on the state and future of the IT industry, and is the author of “IDC Predictions,” the company's annual forecast of major changes in the global development and use of technology. He is a member of IDC's worldwide management team and Research Quality Board, and a lead developer of its global research architecture. A 25-year veteran of the IT research and advisory services business, Mr. Gens has spent more than 15 years at IDC in a variety of senior roles. Previously, he held management positions at International Data Group (IDG), AMR Research and The Yankee Group.
Keynote Topic:
Mr. Gens will provide a broad look at five "game changers" in enterprise IT: cloud computing, pervasive mobility, social computing, the embedded "Internet of things" and the ubiquitous analytics. He will paint a clear picture of the impact each of these disruptive vectors is having, and explain why and how quickly they should be incorporated into IT service delivery capabilities.
