How do I register for Synergy 2010?

What information will I need to provide?

Registration is easy. Be prepared to provide the following information:

 

  • Full name 
  • Company name 
  • Complete mailing address 
  • Contact information (phone, e-mail) 
  • Emergency contact information 
  • Special accommodation or dietary needs 
  • Credit card number and expiration date for event fees or hotel guarantee (American Express*, Visa and MasterCard are accepted) 
  • Hotel selection 
  • Arrival and departure dates 
  • Smoking or nonsmoking room

 

*Note for Synergy Berlin registrants: We do not accept American Express as a payment option for the Berlin event.


Can I register someone else?

Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique e-mail address, which is used to generate login credentials and for check-in at the conference.


Is there a registration deadline?

There is no registration deadline. You can even register on site if you prefer to wait until the conference starts. However, registrations received early qualify for discounts off the regular registration fee.


I've attended Synergy events before. Will I receive any special benefits?

For Synergy San Francisco, attendees of previous Synergy or iForum events held in the U.S. receive a discounted, $1,295 fee for the Synergy Full Conference Package, a savings of $600 off the regular price.

 

For Synergy Berlin, attendees of a previous iForum in Europe or the U.S., a previous Synergy in the U.S., or a Solutions Conference in Europe will receive a discounted, €795 fee for a Synergy Full Conference Package, a savings of €100 off the regular price.


Is there a pass for guests? What does it include?

Yes, there is a guest pass available for $250 for Synergy San Francisco, and €125 for Synergy Berlin. The pass allows your guest to participate in the Synergy Welcome Reception and the Final Night Party. Access to conference sessions and conference meals is limited to registered attendees with a full conference pass. Guest passes are nonrefundable and are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.


How do I cancel my registration for Synergy?

 

For Synergy San Francisco:

Contact Synergy Headquarters by e-mailing citrixsynergysanfrancisco@citrixevents.com or calling 866-832-2079 (North America) or 763-212-6998 (International) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. 

Cancel prior to March 1, 2010 for a 100 percent refund. Cancel prior to April 2, 2010 for a 50 percent refund. After April 3, 2010, conference fees are nonrefundable, no exceptions.

 

For Synergy Berlin:

Contact Synergy Headquarters by e-mailing citrixsynergyberlin@citrixevents.com or calling +44 208 875 3003 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. GMT, Monday through Friday. 

Cancel prior to 2 August 2010 for a 100 percent refund. Cancel prior to 1 September 2010 for a 50 percent refund. No refunds after 2 September 2010.
